Welcome to City Lit Theater at 1020 W Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL 60660
City Lit Theater is located on the second floor of the Edgewater Presbyterian Church at the corner of Bryn Mawr and Kenmore, right around the corner from where Lake Shore Drive starts at Hollywood and Sheridan.
City Lit Theater is wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator located next to the main stairs and a ramp entrance on the west side of the building.
Parking
Book parking ahead
St. Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Church - $10
5649 N. Sheridan Rd., just around the corner north
on Sheridan one block east of City Lit.

First three rows directly to the right of the driveway from Sheridan Road are available. Print confirmation email or pass after booking parking and place on dashboard while you are at City Lit.
Street parking
There is metered street parking in the Edgewater area. Pay boxes on Bryn Mawr have a three hour maximum duration and are free on Sundays.
Both Winthrop and Kenmore have free and unzoned parking about one block from Bryn Mawr each direction.
Note that due to CTA Red Line Construction, streets are blocked sporadically and parking is sometimes restricted further.
We allow people and businesses with underutilized parking to make it available to those needing a place to park. Our mission is to solve the parking challenge for owners, renters, and communities in a way that benefits them and ultimately the environment.
Public Transportation
We are a block and a half east of the Bryn Mawr Red Line stop.
There is a temporary Bryn Mawr station during the final phase of the construction and only southbound 95th-bound trains only are stopping there. If you are traveling to Howard get off at Thorndale and walk south to Bryn Mawr Ave (10-15 mins walk).

The #36 Broadway and the #84 Peterson buses are one block east. We are one block west of the #147 Sheridan and #151 Sherdan buses.
